Marts & Lundy has been working with Atum since 2002. We are a smaller firm with 'big' IT needs and Atum helped us build an IT infrastructure to meet the demands of our unique environment. For a medium sized firm like ours that doesn't require full time IT staff, outsourcing Atum has been very beneficial as we got to utilize the rewards of their skill set. Atum offers IT support on virtually all of our supported software and hardware. In addition they host our email and servers that contain Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Citrix to name a few. They helped us design a plan that determines future needs using new technologies that has helped our business succeed. In 2009, they helped us efficiently refocus our budget to meet the challenges of the economy. Perhaps most importantly, they are pleasure to work with. They keep a professional demeanor throughout each support call, which helps alleviate stress when in rare scenarios issues do arise.
