130 days hosting a Quad Core Xeon 3220 dedi server. It is a ServerIntellect base introduction WIndows Server. The setup time was relatively quick for a Windows Setup. The machine comes with a Helm CP and Smarter Tools Bundle making the install of a new domain and email very simple for the novice user. The tech support and customer service has been top notch. I don't think there has been any questions I didn't have answered straight away including live chat conversations. Network and server speeds have been good with no delays or downtime. ServerIntellect really has been very easy to work with and knows how to provide a solid server.

We were loyal customers of Server Intellect for over 3 years with two dedicated servers.They started out great but their service steadily declined as their rates steadily increased.During our final several months of services they raised prices on us significantly twice without announcement. They would not help us with pulling backup information off of our servers and shipping it to us our only option was to go through a time consuming download process to retrieve massive files.No way would I work with these guys again I suggest looking to any other available provider.
