Lunarpages offers Linux as well as Windows shared hosting(We are covering shared hosting review here). 

Linux Shared hosting plans and features: For Linux shared hosting they have 2 plans. Basic and  Business hosting. Both plans offer ample bandwidth and disk space. Both plans include cpanel control panel with fantastico scripts libraries(which has very useful open source software(blogs like wordpress, Content management systems like Joomla to name a few). They also offer shared SSL. Very valuable packages and price is justified. Basic hosting mostly would suffice your needs,unless you want more  bandwidth, in which case you may opt for Business hosting. Dedicated IP and dedicated SSL are also offered( (optional- have to pay extra, which is normal).

Windows Shared Hosting:

Big plus of Windows shared hosting is that they offer unlimited MS SQL 2005 databases. (Most of the hosting companies limit number of MS SQL databases). You also get plenty of free software(DotNetDuke, timeTracker to name a few). The plan also has Microsoft Silverlight Support. This is value hosting.
