Click here for details. Service has gone very much downhill. Service outages are frequent and not handled promptly. I suffered a complete outage that lasted more than 24 hours without even an estimate of when service would be restored. Their 99.9% uptime "guarantee" means that my server better stay up for 3-4 straight years. During this unacceptable outage all they would say is "we'll update you shortly" and then I would hear nothing. There is no phone option for support under any circumstances. When I first signed up with them I was impressed and recommended them to friends. Not any more!
